I showed up needing a pizza ASAP. Steven took the time to explain the menu and set me up for success. He was very empathetic and very knowledgeable about the menu selection. He defused my displaced anger and provided one of the best customer experiences I have ever had at Pizza Hut, a true joy, and I definitely will be coming back. Keep up the great work, man!
The Lompoc, CA store is the best. The staff is always nice, the restaurant is kept clean, and the food is always prepared to perfection. When dining in, they serve your pizza on a platter, not in a box like most places do these days. The beer is also served very cold and in glass mugs. Overall great pizza hut location. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
