Amazing food and service. Spoke with Bryan for a bit while waiting for the tacos to come off the grill. He was very kind and seemed to love what he does which comes across when you take your first bite too.
The BEST experience I've had in my mouth due to the heart and grind that this man puts in the preparation for ANYTHING/EVERYTHING on his menu. I mentioned to Bryan I had a horrible experience with eating Birria sauce. It was oil based????!!! He offered a sample of HIS Birria soup/sauce and DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMN!!
