The service is very slow, I see that they charged me up to $1 more to add brisket but I almost finished the burrito and I don't look at the meat. It's a joke that they charge more and don't add what they are charging.

I've come here before and the food was amazing. However recently went in. The whole place was real dirty and the huge physical menu on the wall to the right when you walk in fell off the wall. I was dining in. I am not exaggerating at all the chicken was given to me cold. Like what??? And the cherry on top I found a hair in my beans. I was so disappointed I just didn't say anything, ate what I could and left.

Came here to try this place out because I had heard good things. The staff were friendly and explained the menu items to us. We got (2) Big Burritos with shredded chicken and it did not disappoint. It's like El Pollo Loco vibes but without all the sodium from what I gather. I recommend and definitely will return to try other menu items.

The best chicken in all of Long Beach and beyond! Had the Papa Charo, the chicken falls off the bone, the signature lemon garlic sauce and the seasoning is the magic you can't get anywhere else! The pinto beans are soft and juicy, mix it with the rice and it's amazing! It's been a couple of years since I moved out of long beach and was lucky enough to be passing by! Perfect just as always! I don't know about any other their other dishes we only order their mama or papa combos. The photo is unedited.

Order takeout and The Chicken was like rubber and corn looked like plastic the tortilla seemed undercooked and we're all stuck together. Only thing that was edible was the mashed potatoes and beans and coleslaw. What a waste of money. I attached the receipt.
