We were trying to decide what to do for Valentine's Day and didn't want to go to any fancy places so we decided on pizza. I went on Google and looked up best pizza places in Long Beach. Valentino's was the first one that popped up. So l decided to take a ride there. It's a small place but their food is OUTSTANDING. I ordered 2 heart shaped pizzas and potato wedges. This place is such a hidden gem of Long Beach! I had never been until a few weeks ago when a co-worker couldn’t believe I had never been there. They have a lunch special everyday that’s two slices and a drink for $7.50. Insane for the crazy prices nowadays. The family that runs it are some of the nicest people and the pizza slices are big and delish! If you’ve got a lunch break, get yourself to Valentino’s!!

It’s very rare these days where you find a place where they take the time to have a conversation with you about the history of their place. At Valentino’s Pizza, they not only do that, but they also provide the best veggie pizza that I have had in a while. The wings are juicy and not over cooked , like a lot of other places.
