I am doing this review for my boyfriend he loves their burritos. He goes at least once a week. I am not to find of it though I think the meat they use is tough and too much marinade.

Unfortunately, my experience at this chipoltle wasn't too good. At first things were fine, despite the fact that there were no employees to be found and tables were messy, but my friend was getting a burrito with just rice beans and no meat or cheese due to diet, and they were so skimpy with the portions! Then, when wrapping the burrito, the food all over the wrapping service got on her burrito, including the sour cream and cheese! Due to a food allergy, she asked if they could remake it and after an annoyed sigh, they did but with no apology or discount or anything. Bathrooms clean and drinks good and food fine in the end, but it wasn't worth it overall

Having 1 lady work the line alone on 1/24/24 at 4pm is completely unacceptable. Chipotle a very profitable business and to see her running around with a line of 6 people handing To go is not okay. I do not care if the supervisor or manager needs to get in the line to make food themselves. My problem is not waiting but the fact that Chipotle feels this okay. She had to listen to people being impatient/rude. She handled it well but this is UNACCEPTABLE.
I am vegetarian and ordered a bean, rice, n guac bowl via postmates. My bowl had a disrespectful amount of beans. This location always scams you when you order for delivery.

I ordered for delivery and I was so disappointed with the quality of food. Since when did chipotle stop making the cilantro lime rice?! The rice is unseasoned AND OVERCOOKED creating mush. There was also LARGE chunks of onion like the onion wasn't chopped properly. Had to throw away the bowl. It was disgusting. Waste of my money considering how expensive it is. Need a refund

C'mon Man. Tacos with this much meat? You gotta be kidding me. This is horrible! Pay that much to get this amount of meat. Whoever made this Taco? You know you're wrong. Acting like you bought the meat n tortillas being a stingy n stuff.

The location has been hit and miss. Some days great service and other days not. Some days the corn is yummy and other days the corn is way way way salty. The protein portion vary depending on who is making the bowl. The bowl is sort of spendy pushing $13.00 for a carne asada bowl at a to-go restaurants. Parking is metered parking or park at the parking lot on 3rd for two hours for free. The flavor of the asada is consistently good and flavorful. I cannot speak to the other items on the menu as I only get the carne asada bowl.
