First time to any Chronic Tacos. This is the Alamitos Bay location in Long Beach, CA. Place was clean and nice at 7PM. I ordered for takeout. Staff was nice. I ordered a Regular Burrito with Al Pastor, Baha Style with Chips & Salsa. The Burrito was great & the portion size was huge. Chips are large and not busted up which is very nice. I really wanted to like this place because I’ve heard so much about it, but my experience was not what it seems others have. In my mind these guys are chasing Chipotle with several missing components. I had a steak burrito no rice and beans, and a soda with tax cost me $17. ? Service was not friendly, and frankly could care less if I was there. Outdoor tables were filthy. Hopefully your experience is much better because it seems overall they have a good reputation.

One of the better taco mexican food joints in so cal, but not all locations are the same. This is a top 3 for us, with newport location number 1. Great staff, food always fresh and plates well made. Good value, a go to over chipotle any day.
