“If you're in Long Beach and are in the mood for Colombian food, go no further than El Paisa! Ordered a PICADA! It had everything blood sausage, empanada, fried plantain, sweet plantain, fried yuca,potato, and a cheese Arepa! What kind of sauces did they have? I'm not sure, but they tasted very good. One was spicy one was not. It was in between breakfast and lunch, so we were the only ones there however, it looks like it could be a good nights spot as well!“
“Fresh food, delicious and the portions were enough for lunch and dinner. I love the beans!! I'm Belizean so I was happy to see plantains on the menu. They tend to have a line and the wait for your food is about 20 minutes. Next time I'll order ahead for pickup. But, it was worth the wait.“
“Excellent Colombian brunch. The pork belly was crispy and well seasoned with just the right amount of fat. The selva steak and eggs plate was a great sampler of many of their dishes. The service is great and friendly. I had the carajillo coffee cocktail with brandy, which was good, but not my favorite. My other friends loved it though. Definitely recommend this place and will come again!“
