Dave's Hot Chicken was born in LA in 2017, and quickly became wildly popular. They now have over 100 locations nationwide. When this location opened on 2nd Street in Long Beach, I thought meh, another place I have no interest in (I don't eat meat). Then, I saw a mukbang star on TikTok devouring Dave's' newest creation: a vegetarian cauliflower "chicken", and everything changed. Food is good like all Dave's locations I've been to. Anastasia Is a sweetheart. Polite and professional. There's some weird characters around here and it takes a lot of patience to deal with these people. On the plus side, that's a great life skill!
