Great ambiance, great food, reasonable prices. New management? We stopped going to the restaurant because they played random loud music that spoiled the atmosphere. We were pleasantly surprised this evening as that they have new staff and it is back to being a very nice Japanese restaurant that our Japanese relatives will enjoy going to.
Fusion Sushi has revamped the ambience and it works. The table placement and decor allow for a more private, intimate experience and are family friendly as well. My top picks are the unagi nigiri, Alaskan Roll, sushi blossom, baked salmon roll, and BSCR roll. The restaurant is in the Stater Brothers shopping center on Spring and I have never had a problem with parking.

This was my second time coming here and treating my mom out. I appreciate the service and the quality of the food. The rice to fish ratio is perfect. I'll continue to come here for these reasons. Had a wonderful waitress named Hana who helped us out tonight, priced she was still training, but she did a great job.
