I highly recommend the one located off the 91 Freeway going West. I like that is spacious and clean. The European style sandwiches are really good. My favorites are the turkey, salami, cheese. The other one that's my very favorite is the salami and cheese of choice (provolone, American or Swiss) with all their trimming (mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomatoes and red onions, picked and banana peppers) with that good fresh baked baguette!! Give them a try. I have never had their coffee!

Today I ordered for delivery, a ham , egg & cheese croissant & the bread was super dry , maybe like a day old . My iced coffee tasted a bit watered down. It wasn't your usual punch of caffeine you get when you take a sip. Overall, very disappointed. Although I do love eating at lees ,I'll probably won't order in a while .

Good food, good service - ok atmosphere because of lots construction in area. Grilled pork sandwich is great. You may not see signage due to construction - but it's still there.

The service was fast, food was good, and everything was a reasonable price! I also get their bottled coffee at Costco! I tried their chicken vermicelli and my bf got the vegetarian mix vermicelli, both really good but wish I asked for more sauce. It was refreshing but filling! I'm excited to go back and try more of their items!

The gentleman that was working register 3/6 around 12:30 p charged us for an extra coffee that we did not order. Though I understand that miscommunications happen, instead of offering resolution and taking the coffee back, he insisted we ordered it. This is even after explaining how the person he claims ordered it can't even drink coffee. It was a really... unique experience. I don't recommend. If you’re craving lees in Long Beach, be sure to check out the one on Anaheim just a few blocks over. I’ve had much better experiences there. :)

Good sandwiches, great prices, very slow takeout operation. Last few times I called ahead, they'd hadn't started preparing it by the time they said it'd be ready. Hope they fix it as I like the chain.

There was a guy working tonight by himself who was cleaning, taking orders, cashing people out, making the food and probably 10 other things all while maintaining proper food handing procedures by changing his gloves and wearing a mask. Keep it up man, those are transferable skills you can apply to any career path. Don't be afraid to put together a proposition to management regarding your specific capabilities to get paid appropriately.

The sandwiches made here are so tasty and fresh! So please disregard past reviews about the longer service time. Between being understaffed at times and literally making your food fresh, it's worth the wait

Came home to reheat a sandwich that was purchased at 1:45 on 10/06/23 when I opened it to let it cool down the deli sheet stuck out like a sore thumb... re-train you food prep Lee's. This is unacceptable

I came to this location to order a regular Lee's Vietnamese coffee. They served me bitter drink and charged $3 more then the other locations. I came in to get them re-made and the lady told the me the garden grove location and the one off Anaheim do the drinks differently. You would think every location has the same recipe. Then I ask to speak to a manager. The lady tells me to sit down and someone will be there but I chose to stand near the "pick up here" area. I wanted to watch and observe them working in the back. Then the lady begins to help another customer. Another lady employee completely ignores me including the male manager. I said manager loudly then he rushes to me and asks what's the problem. I said I want them remade correctly or my refund. He got so mad that he said something in his language and threw me back the $10. Worst customer service!! Come here if you want to get ripped off.

This chain of banh mi sandwich shops has seen better days with respect to quality control. They must have franchised out the business years ago and it clearly shows/tastes.The bread is not day old but not super fresh either. The sandwich ingredients are tossed together, not prepared with love.Lee's used to be relatively inexpensive. Now they charge too much for inferior banh mi quality.
