I prefer this location (west side) because the hot and ready are typically ready and when it's super busy and one has to wait it's usually between 10-15 minutes. Other locations have a wait time of 45 minutes.Staff has been friendly. When asked to repeat the order they don't seem irritated.Their wings are pretty good. Love their bread sticks. Ordered online to pickup. After waiting about 15 minutes after it was promised, NOTHING in the portal!!! Had to ask for my order, thankfully the other people in line were ok with me "cutting in line."Lobby was dirty and CROWDED!! First time ordering from this location, and will NEVER order from this location again!!

I ordered my pizza online for pick up. Sat in the parking lot until it was ready. When I got the notification that it was out the oven, I went inside to get it.. left and went down the street to the store. Opened the box, expecting nice cheesy hot pizza and the pizza was barely warm. I called them, and their only resolution was for me to drive back and they would make everything fresh. WHAT?
