What a nice surprise to run into this pop up booth from Primal Alchemy today. Got the smoked brisket breakfast burrito which was awesome! Some of the most tender brisket I have tasted in a while. Had a good chuckle as well when I ordered my breakfast burrito with salsa on the side and the owner or chef was taken away by my request, like how dare I not trust him! Once again Primal Alchemy Catering has wowed me. I had to schedule a rush lunch for guests to the office. The delivered boxed lunches and cheese and meat tray were fresh and thoughtfully put together. The guests complimented the quality of the food. Setting up the order was easy and Cindy always has thoughtful menu suggestions.
I have had the immense pleasure of enjoying Chef Paul's catering for numerous events, parties, holiday celebrations, and personally catered gatherings at my home for the past multiple years!
