Just came back from there. I understand is Sunday morning and people are out for coffee, but I feel like those who came after me, and got the online order "on the spot" took their drinks before me. So I had to sit and watch how the other people took their orders while had to wait for long.

Terrible as I been going 5-6 days a week and I order same drink and ask for all milk no water. Today they hand me a reg instead of vinta and then after remaking my drink put water in it. The place was packed and the young folks working there often seam occupied. I stopped going there last year because of this and drove an extra few blocks to the next closest and solved my own problem. Just speaking my personal truth

This is a very slow service Starbucks compared to a lot of others in the area. Definitely wouldn't go back to this location and I literally work on 2nd street. There are so many other great coffee options to choose from with better service for the price.

I really hope they get new staff, I usually try and support more local shops but I love their fall flavors. The new younger staff don't seem to be fully self aware. No drinks come out the same, and sometimes my double shot espresso takes 15 minutes because they can't stop flirting with the regulars over the counter.

Omg why does it take 25 minutes to get a drink you mobile ordered and all the people that came in and ordered at the counter way after you get their drinks first.

I love this Starbucks as it’s right next to my job so I frequent them often. Everyone is so friendly and kind accept for one person. Every time myself and or my colleagues are “helped” by her, we never want to come back. She is an older woman I believe her name is Darleen. Every time I encounter her she has a bad attitude and is rude. She seems as though she doesn’t like working there. It’s so disappointing because the rest of the team is so amazing. She constantly says that she “can’t do” normal requests that every other barista has helped us with, and when asked to clarify she is short and dismissive. She prioritizes counting her tips over helping guests with no communication like” I’ll be with you in one minute”. She acts annoyed whenever we try and ask her a questions, or make a requests, and I don’t understand how she continues to act this way. If I walk in and see her at the counter, I will leave and get my coffee somewhere else. Management should definitely speak to her about her customer service skills.

What can I say, but Thank you Jay!!! I couldn't figure out my rewards program and being it was my birthday I wanted to receive my birthday drink. Jay is exactly what this industry is all about. Jay was patient & showed me how to use the app & didn't shame me at all-I'm not the best with technology. Jay deserves a raise! Good employees are hard to find these days. Thank you Jay, I did enjoy my apple something or other... lol

My go to Starbucks..they make my drinks just perfect. But lately as soon as I I walk in ( especially mornings) baristas are a little rude. They see customers come in and prefer to give their backs and instead talk amongst them. I know Iam not the only one that has this issue.

rude, asked for a pink drink no ice extra strawberries. She gave me a lot of ice and no strawberries. I told her it was the wrong order and she snatched it from my hand and strained the drink. Then was so rude to me and my friends. Then her and her coworker we laughing and being petty. They also got other drinks on my drink. I feel judged and discriminated.
