girl was dismissive and rude. i asked if they had a sandwich and she got annoyed with me. sandwich i did get burned me because it was heated so hot, i get starbucks often and have never had that issue. drink was made okay.

The service was terrible. I waited at the register in silence right in front of the employee for her to finish her text. She was super lazy and slow making my drink, and let me sit there and wait even longer before telling me she was done with it. It was the worst chocolate cream cold brew I have ever had, it was mixed up like a latte and I've had this drink several times, it is not like that. Had inaccurate hours displayed. I arrived and ready to make my orders but the the two ladies was just cleaning and talking among themselves. They didn’t bother to tell me that they were close. Bad customers service. I had to figure it out on my own since they never approach me. You would think they had their hours corrected by now since there were many people who say in their review that the hours are wrong.
