The lady who i think was the maneger was really rude when i kindly told her she had made a mistake and asked that mistake to be corrected. I had already talked to the 1 (800) number and they had already told me that i could return a cup that was damaged but she acted so rudely.

This is my 4th cold coffee they gave me. It was seriously a room temperature coffee. I don’t know why this place can’t keep their coffee hot at all.

I had to wait a very long time to order...in a long line. Free drinks were supposed to be offered to veterans. I asked for one and got a deer in the head light look from the barista. She conferred with management. I did not get free drink. There is no place to sit. VERY LONG WAIT TIME.

The service is good, but the place is outdated and old. Needs some remodeling and a better cleaning staff.
It's a little small but easy access off Atlantic. No drive through so helpful if you order ahead from the app to pick up.

I WON'T BE COMING BACK HERE, I ASKED FOR A TRENTA NO ICE THEY GAVE ME THE DRINK IN A TRENTA CUP BUT THE DRIK WAS AS A VENTI. AMOUNT ALSO THE VENTI LIGHT ICE WAS 4 FINGERS UNDER THE. IF I WANTED THEM TO PUT MORE DRINK IT WAS GOING TO ANOTHER DOLLAR WTH. NEVER NEVER HAD I HAD THIS DONE TO US ANOTHER STARBUCKS.
