I just ordered a sub on the app. They took my money. I walked down to get it and they said the owner canceled the order. The app says my order is ready and the money was taken. They told me to take it up with my bank. The app still says my order is ready. I’ve worked for subway. I’ve been everything from a sandwich artist to a store manager. The owner didn’t want to honor the coupon I used and doesn’t want to cancel the order bc it’ll affect his subway locations score.Rotten...read full review
The staff was great I rated a low atmosphere because at the time I when I was there a family of 5 went in on some Coupons or something at 5 people each order 2-4 foot longs! It took forever and they were talking rude to the staff and other customers. But the new menu is amazing I recommend the #17 and #33 yum!

Unfortunately the man working is SLOW.. I ordered and then someone else ordered. He Waite to toast both our food together. And it took for ever to get our food. He needs support.
