Sweet Retreat Donuts is a Long Beach gem. My husband and I mainly came here for the vegan donut selection and we were not disappointed. So many options to choose from! We shared the vegan tiger tail, vegan chocolate raised donut, and 6 donut holes. Often times vegan alternatives don't have the same taste and texture as the original, but we didn't notice any difference as we unapologetically scarfed them down. Did not expect them to have a lot of variety near the last hour. Holy Jesus, I have seen the light. Got their regular donuts today, a glaze, fruity pebble, and apple fritter. Say bye to the crazy topping donuts from other places, when you do the originals right, don't need to look any further. 5/5. Bomb ass shizz. Nice workers as well.

Such great service. The lady acknowledged me and was so friendly. I ordered the flaming hot Cheeto donut. It was surprisingly delicious I even had to share it with my friend so she can experience the flavors. She was also so surprised and had to tell her friends. It's a nice place to drink and eat and relax.
