“The best chicken wings are the freshest chicken wings, here at this DTLB outpost of this very popular chain.We've ordered carryout from this location many times, but this was the first time we ate inside (and didn't use the app). The layout is very similar to other Wingstops, with plenty of indoor seating occupying most of the restaurant. We got in line, ordered, and paid for the 8 wing combo, choice of two flavors with handcut fries, dipping sauce, and fountain drink ($16.69)..it's only $1.10 more for two more wings so should have gotten that.They fry their wings only after it is ordered. It took about 10 minutes or so for my name to be called, at which point I picked it up from the counter. The 10 minutes gave me time to try the various Coke Freestyle flavors, many of which were sugar-free, which I liked. The condiment counter has a large roll of industrial napkin rolls and a large ketchup container. Because the wings were very fresh, it was stil very cruncy, even drenched in sauce (plenty generous with Hot Classic and Korean BBQ)...and that's the absolute best way to eat chicken wings...seconds after it has been cooked. I think that's the reason why folks love Korean Fried chicken so much...because it maintains it's crunchiness even after minutes sitting around. Wingstop wings will get a bit soggy, so really appreciated eating these right away. The size of each wing was actually smaller than what we've had before...I think everyone is at the mercy of the supply chain...BS to anyone who says they can always give jumbo wings, no matter what. It came with hand cut, skin-on fries, and because they were fresh, they were very good...though I wish they hadn't given so many of the bottom dregs in our order (we were hungry so we ate those too). I'm sure it's a lot better when the restaurant is more busy and turning over its food faster. Also, I wish they had wetnaps available to clean your hands after eating...because of the location, the bathrooms here are locked and didn't feel like bothering the staff for the code just to wash my hands afterwards.Everytime I eat chicken wings, I can't help but observe there is only 4 pieces that one can source from one chicken and a typical meal of wings can easily go to 8+ per person. If genetic engineering becomes the future, I'm pretty sure that one of the first uses will be to create chickens with 6+ 'wings' for farming and less waste....for I (like many other adults) do not think 'boneless wingz' are wings at all...in taste and otherwise.“
“You guys gotta stop trying to be ghetto with the employees. Just because they're working and can't do anything but stay & be polite doesn't mean a customer isn't going to put you in check. Respect them & stop giving them a hard time. If you don't like their "attitude", LEAVEE!! Stop wasting your time trying to argue. I went to this wing stop on Friday for lunch. The food was great, I didn't have a problem with anything. I was greeted nicely & with such great positive attitude. A lady tried fighting the cashier Hilda over a unnecessary reason. Hilda didn't argue back & just told her to have a good day!! Do not go in there trying to waste these workers time!“
“OK we had great food service and clean store but we ordered ahead pre-paid in advance but they told us bcz some ppl don't pick them up they don't make them until we arrive. Us" BUT THE WINGS ARE PAID FOR BEFORE" Them " but we don't want to throw them away" US " but their paid for make them " this went on for 10min by phone. Bless the workers heart. We finally worked out that they would fry up our wings but not sauce them until we got there. Note to Wingstop, NOT A SINGLE WING WAS THROWN AWAY LoL.“
“Love this Wingstop...need to find another one though. Asked why last week I got a large drink with my order, she said something silly... After I noticed my receipt order was wrong, the cashier changed it, but had a slight attitude and walked away to let the cook know and never came or looked back to give me my cash difference. Had to ask another woman if she was the manager, she said yes, so I asked her for my money. Didn't even apologize when I got my order, I said sorry for the mix-up.“
“Had a not so great day at work and needed a pick me up. Stopped by my local Wingstop where Cailey greeted me. I am in a customer service field myself and the customer service I received from Cailey was 5/5. At my job 5/5 is the highest mark, not sure if Wingstop has the same scale. Nevertheless, if you find yourself at this Wingstop in Long Beach, look for Cailey. You'll be in great hands.“

“Must say this particular Wing Stop is the best. Inside the general appearance is clean and well kept. The food specialist were very responsive and hit me up with "welcome can I take your order". Loved the separate condiments station which again clean well kept and managed. Ketchup dispensers was clean no old residue leaking around this canister. Plenty of paper towels on a huge roll. Lids for provided in abundance nestled in an organized sanitary canister. A huge beverage dispenser stood poised beaming with lights boosting its capacity to dispense 100 different beverages. Sugar free water alternatives as well. Although smaller more intimate setting there where 4 tables which seat at least 4 people. Near the front door by the order counter reside a bench which could seat about 5 or so waiting customers. Just below the HD TV was area for standing customers near the large window located near the front door. I ordered the lemon pepper and Louisiana rub, well done flat wings. I must say they were large in charge, juicy fresh right off the fryer. I promise you when I say will never order chicken wings from wing stop from door dash again. My wings we're piping hot . My fries I ordered them well done with Cajun seasoning again delicious piping hot cut to perfection. Crisp but you still get the soft potato taste inside. I dispensed a raspberry and orange drink , tastes ok. Overall I must say I was impressed and will be back in person ti this particular location.“
