Was at the aquarium and walked over here for lunch. We ordered an appetizer and all of our food came out at once. Except I didn't get a spoon for my soup, we didn't get one person's salad and missing a fruit cup. There was a group of 50 from Paramount that came in and they dedicated 6 or 7 people to them while we waited for someone to come past our table. The received their food immediately. We had to physically find someone to get a spoon and ask for the rest of our food. They apologized, but offered nothing for the terrible service. It was not the waiters fault as it seemed the direction of the manager. Food was mostly good, but I don't like cold soup.....

Look, I don't hate CPK. When I go to CPK, I usually leave with a full belly and a quasi-satisfied pallet. But let's not kid ourselves. CPK should NEVER be 5th on a list of the top ten serious pizza joints. It's just another chain restaurant, and while it's better than Dominos, Pizza Hut, and Papa "garbage in a box" John's, there certainly are more than four other places around here that are much better. So, go if you're hungry but aren't looking for the best of the best. It is to pizza what McDonald's is to hamburgers; its tasty and satisfying in a pinch, but certainly doesn't belong on anyone's top ten list.

I went to the pch location and they forgot to add the nuts, then I try this location and they forget the chicken. The salad itself is great, but dissatisfied that the item is called the Waldorf chicken salad and to be missing the chicken in both the half and full size salad is not a great impression. We ordered to go at the restaurant at around 6:30pm, but saved it for dinner later and found out it was missing the main part. Recommend to check your order while at the restaurant as multiple locations seem to have this issue. I always enjoyed Cpk prior to the pandemic and I hope they improve the service and make sure the customer is getting what they expect to receive.

Well wanted a good hot dog, because cravings, but after waiting for an hour for my food door dash calls me to tell me they had to cancel my order because they don’t have hot dogs…HOW? They literally only sell hot dogs and soup…highly disappointed.

The hired a senior hostess that was warm and friendly. Got you seated quickly and kept checking on you as they were short staffed that day. Food was good and so was our server.
