Appealing ambiance. Lovely experience as Skyview guests. They have breakfast included for hotel guests, and a glass of rose to be redeemed during your stay. Outdoor patio is on a beautiful deck near the pool. Indoor of restaurant/bar is mid-century modern. Bartender Fonz was friendly and so was Silvia and one other waitstaff whose name I did not catch. We enjoyed our experience at Norman restaurant. The ambiance is relaxing and has a bohemian chic vibe. The food is delicious, and the drinks are amazing. The staff are welcoming and kind.

The good things about Norman's definitely outweighs the bad so I'll start with the good. Fabulous unique drinks. Presentation is top notch. The bar tenders are friendly and knowledgeable and make tasty beverages. The view is gorgeous. Bring a light jacket or sweater as it can get chilly outside in the evenings.
