“Great place to grab a quick brunch in downtown Los Altos. The restaurant has a giant coffee roaster near the entrance and is very spacious. Has extensive list of menus and staff was helpful in recommending his favorite, which turned out to be a grand slam delicious dish!“
“I love the quality food, quality service, Excellent customer service. It is also very clean and the bathroom is clean. The tea is free refill.Vegetarian options: The breakfast plate is vegetarian. The pastries have vegetarian options such as cheese, potato , olives.Parking: Plenty of parking available near the place.Wheelchair accessibility: The place is spacious and the bathroom as well.“
“It’s your friendly neighborhood breakfast diner…we picked this place because it’s close to the freeway and we had flown into SFO with a bit of a drive home to Monterey. We were desperate for breakfast so we rolled the dice and picked a spot based on location. The breakfast gods were smiling upon us this morning. I had the OBAMA omelette (olives, bacon, artichokes, mushrooms, American cheese). My husband had a sausage and cheese omelette. My toddler had the kids French toast. We all joined the clean plate club. The omelettes were perfectly constructed, beautifully wrapped around a generous heap of our chosen toppings. The good came out fast and hot and was absolutely delicious. The servers were cheerful and pleasant and it had all the feels of a local neighborhood favorite. 10/10 recommend. Will definitely keep this gem in our back pocket when we’re traveling to and fro SFO.“
“I walked in here shortly after they opened on a weekday and was warmly greeted by the staff in Mandarin. I honestly felt like I was transported to a breakfast cafe in Taiwan - love it! We ordered breakfast to go: Taro veggie sung sando ($8.75) Cheese crepe ($8) Signature sando ($5.5) Soy milk black tea ($4.50; got a $0.50 discount for ordering with a meal) The taro veggie sung was packed between slices of soft bread with the crusts cut off. I've had veggie sung before, but not with taro paste, so it was a nice combo of savory and sweet. I did wish it had a little bit more flavor, but overall, not bad. The cheese crepe is not your traditional French crepe. It's a Taiwanese-style crepe and is clearly indicated on the menu as such. All the crepes come filled with egg and green onion as a base. It's savory and came with a sauce to douse over it. I added some hot spot and it was delicious! Reminded me of breakfasts my mom would prepare for me as a kid. Signature sandwich comes with cucumber, ham, egg, and a pork patty. My boyfriend inhaled it and although he seemed to think it's nothing special, it's a quick and filling meal. I ordered the soy milk black tea without any sugar, and although I appreciated that I was able to do so, the ratio of tea to soy milk tasted off. It was more black tea than soy milk, so in hindsight, I should have just stuck to plain soy milk. Regardless, would definitely come back if I was in the area and wanted a quick bite!“
“I had the mini eggs Benedict and a decaf coffee. It was good and hot when I got it. It was the perfect amount of food and I didn't feel like I was breaking the bank. The service was great, always there at the right time. We sat in the perfect spot where it felt like we were the only ones there even though we were right by the door.Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs“
“What a fantastic find and worth a visit! The ambiance is simple, very clean and incredibly friendly. The food is amazing we all had completely different dishes from pancakes to lunch to Bulgogi, all so impressive. Our meal was topped off with complimentary watermelon and grape dessert, what a wonderful touch. I haven't seen this special kind of service in the bay at a cafe. Excellent food and service!“
“This has become my husband and my go-to place for a quick, delicious breakfast. I usually get a skillet - every one I've tried comes out piping hot and packed with flavor - and a freshly squeezed orange juice. Unlike many other places, their orange juice is actually real freshly squeezed juice! Service is lightning fast, even when the place is packed.“
“What a contrast to the wretched “PeggySues”Hobees was packed! But you know what? I got in less than 10 minutes! The staff are excellent! The entire place was cranking! I saw ginormous Lucious looking blueberry coffee bread, all I could say is perfection in staff, quality of food was fantastic, fried rice with egg over medium was so tasty! Never had this option and just a flight from So Cal to eat here is worth a trip! The owner knows what they are doing and you can tell with such excellent staff!“
“Had a fat weeklong craving for smoked salmon, and this was one of the places that's been on my radar for brunch. First thing I noticed was how cute the interior is!! It's decked in flower decorations and interesting table setups. They also have screen-free weekends, so don't come here on a weekend if you need a place to sit down and work. We got the smoked salmon toast with avocado, berry brûlée toast (a spring special item!), and a matcha latte, which they say is made with ceremonial grade matcha imported from Japan. Smoked salmon toast was standard smoked salmon toast, which in my opinion, is all you can really ask for if you love smoked salmon like me. The crust on the toast was a bit overly hard, though, but I mean...I feel like any cafe with thick toast is going to have that. Berry brûlée toast was nicely sweet and creamy, but I had hoped there would be more berries. Matcha latte was STRONG on the matcha. We ended up diluting it with more milk from the communal pitchers LOL. It's good you know they're not diluting it themselves though! Overall, I'd definitely be back. It's a bit pricey here but still more affordable than other brunch spots. Waffles look great too!“
“The service is amazing! They are friendly and personable! Every time I come in, they greet me with a friendly hello. The food is amazing, especially their chicken-fried steak. They also make great lattes! I highly recommend Breakers Cafe!!“
“Came here for breakfast and forgot this place existed... super reasonably priced and the owner is so friendly and caring. Parking is ample, but the entrance is in the garage and I needed to hit the handicap door opener to get in as this place opens at 7am, but city hall opens at 8am. Plenty of choices and the super (mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers) breakfast burrito was amazing and flavorful. Will come back for sure!“
“First time at K's Café. I like how all the menu items are named after professional sports teams, although that makes me not want to order the Dodgers dish, haha. I devoured a delicious crepe stuffed with vegetables called Arsenal. It was pretty quiet inside when we arrived around 12pm on a Thursday. We could talk quietly even with a table of seven women chatting animatedly by the door. However, it became very noisy and crowded when a large number of students arrived from the high school across the street. I would avoid the school rush hour in the future. Prices were pretty high, but what else is new these days. Wheelchair access was good with space in the main walkway. We were able to choose a table at the end so there was enough room to maneuver the wheelchair. I forgot to take a photo of my meal before I started eating. My tastebuds were happy and my stomach was full when we left.“
“Joanie's ambiance was delightful, especially on a rainy afternoon. No trouble getting seated, and though it was bustling, the crepe and eggs were wonderfully flavorful.Excited to return and try the smoked salmon version. Great spot for brunch, though a tad pricey. The servers were prompt and courteous.“
“Randomly found this unassuming place in a shopping center. Everything we've tried has been outstanding, and they'll do a half order of most things so you can try even more. Service was great and the wait went faster than they said. Shout out to Andrew, it was like he could read my mind. I'll definitely be coming back.Kid-friendliness: Separate kids menu and they'll do half orders of anything“
“We were looking for a brunch spot in a Sunday morning to try and we stumbled upon Bill of Fare on Yelp. I decided to order the Monte Cristo and my boyfriend decided on the Chicken Fried Steak. We also ordered the Mama’s Greek Yogurt as a dessert to try.Monte Cristo: 10/10Wow! What a dish! The Monte Cristi consists of bread with cheese, ham, Turkey, and havarti on the inside. This one tasted really good alone but when I dipped it in the raspberry jam, I was pleasantly surprised by the well balanced taste of it while eating. It comes with a side of either hash browns, fries, cottage cheese, or fresh fruit (for an additional charge). Highly recommend to try!Chicken Fried Steak: 8/10The chicken mixed with the gravy was good. It came with some toast, eggs and your choice of a side of either hash browns, fries, cottage cheese, or fresh fruit (for an additional charge). The toast was a bit too dry.Mama’s Greek Yogurt: 10/10Must get!!! The Greek yogurt is made in house. When it first came out, my boyfriend and I thought we weren’t going to be able to finish it but we were wrong. We devoured this dessert even though we were super full. The yogurt was very creamy and not too sweet. It blended really well with the strawberries, blueberries, nuts, and honey. This one I would highly recommend trying!!!Very solid brunch spot. I would recommend coming here for some good breakfast, brunch, or lunch! It was a bit busy during the time we came around 10AM. The workers were accommodating and friendly.“
“Great place for lunch or breakfast all day by Moffett Field!!I love their Garden Burger Sub, It's AMAZINGLY delicious. That bread is fresh baked daily Their sesame buns are to die for!! So much I have not tried, their Hawaiian Hazelnut coffee is bomb too!“
“A nice breakfast place with a modern clean look and an extensive menu. We were able to walk in around 11 am and get a table for 2 right away. The servers were pleasant and handsome! My eggs Benedict with steak with a house salsa was very good but my son's brioche egg sandwich was lacking in flavor and got soggy very quickly. My potatoes and his hash browns could have been much crispier. We tried something new- a coffee lemonade- and it was surprisingly good. My Americano coffee was also nice and strong. Overall, it was a quick and satisfying meal.“
“The staff was friendly and we were promptly seated. There is a dedicated gluten free menu. I ordered the veggie tacos. I did order a side of bacon that never came out but it wasn’t a big deal for me. They get busy after 11:30AM. I’d definitely go back for a GF waffle!“
“Absolutely destroyed a plate of Blueberry pancakes. Server was an absolute bro and I think my life is better having eaten here today.Parking: Lots of parking spots.Kid-friendliness: Lots of families dining here plus plenty of high chairs.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs required to enter the building.“
“Very good food. Very clean and the best breakfast for the money. Portions are huge and workers are very nice.Vegetarian options: Not exactly sure what but they have stuff on the menu.Parking: 27 spaces.Kid-friendliness: Great place for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Nice ramp leads right up to the front door.“
