“I find excuses to stop by when I'm in the area. Great sandwiches, great breakfast... and of course - great donuts. My recommendations... maple bacon donut, Roger's omelet, roast beef/swiss/avocado on the soft roll + gotta get the side of macaroni salad.“
“This was a good spot for American breakfast, however they didn't have milkshakes available. I wish they mentioned on their menu when milkshakes are served.Parking is weird because it's on the other side... You need to make a weird u turn if you see the restaurant on the right.“
“The ambiance and service here is top notch and we really enjoyed our meal. Unfortunately the food was just a little bland and the Chorizo Benedict tasted much more like a tomato sauce than chorizo but the chilaquiles were very good. The drink menu was the best part with great bloody Marys and non alcoholic options.“
“Home run for my gluten free family. I have two family members with celiac and neither got sick off the GF waffles and other items. Super thankful for their carefulness with our dietary concerns.Dietary restrictions: My family who is GF and no one got sick.“
“I walked in here shortly after they opened on a weekday and was warmly greeted by the staff in Mandarin. I honestly felt like I was transported to a breakfast cafe in Taiwan - love it! We ordered breakfast to go: Taro veggie sung sando ($8.75) Cheese crepe ($8) Signature sando ($5.5) Soy milk black tea ($4.50; got a $0.50 discount for ordering with a meal) The taro veggie sung was packed between slices of soft bread with the crusts cut off. I've had veggie sung before, but not with taro paste, so it was a nice combo of savory and sweet. I did wish it had a little bit more flavor, but overall, not bad. The cheese crepe is not your traditional French crepe. It's a Taiwanese-style crepe and is clearly indicated on the menu as such. All the crepes come filled with egg and green onion as a base. It's savory and came with a sauce to douse over it. I added some hot spot and it was delicious! Reminded me of breakfasts my mom would prepare for me as a kid. Signature sandwich comes with cucumber, ham, egg, and a pork patty. My boyfriend inhaled it and although he seemed to think it's nothing special, it's a quick and filling meal. I ordered the soy milk black tea without any sugar, and although I appreciated that I was able to do so, the ratio of tea to soy milk tasted off. It was more black tea than soy milk, so in hindsight, I should have just stuck to plain soy milk. Regardless, would definitely come back if I was in the area and wanted a quick bite!“
“I had the mini eggs Benedict and a decaf coffee. It was good and hot when I got it. It was the perfect amount of food and I didn't feel like I was breaking the bank. The service was great, always there at the right time. We sat in the perfect spot where it felt like we were the only ones there even though we were right by the door.Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs“
“What a fantastic find and worth a visit! The ambiance is simple, very clean and incredibly friendly. The food is amazing we all had completely different dishes from pancakes to lunch to Bulgogi, all so impressive. Our meal was topped off with complimentary watermelon and grape dessert, what a wonderful touch. I haven't seen this special kind of service in the bay at a cafe. Excellent food and service!“
“First time we went to Hobee's, it is somewhat comparable to Dennys but there quality is much better. The food and service was excellent, I had the California style omelette and guava Juice both were awesome tasting. The servers were a little slow but nothing to worry about. The atmosphere was like of any other diner place.“
“A great place to grab breakfast. Big menu full of breakfast options. The meat options included options from different cuisines like chorizo, linguica, and corned beef, etc. The portions were hearty and everything was seasoned and cooked well. The waiter was very attentive and friendly.“
“First time at K's Café. I like how all the menu items are named after professional sports teams, although that makes me not want to order the Dodgers dish, haha. I devoured a delicious crepe stuffed with vegetables called Arsenal. It was pretty quiet inside when we arrived around 12pm on a Thursday. We could talk quietly even with a table of seven women chatting animatedly by the door. However, it became very noisy and crowded when a large number of students arrived from the high school across the street. I would avoid the school rush hour in the future. Prices were pretty high, but what else is new these days. Wheelchair access was good with space in the main walkway. We were able to choose a table at the end so there was enough room to maneuver the wheelchair. I forgot to take a photo of my meal before I started eating. My tastebuds were happy and my stomach was full when we left.“
“Came here for breakfast and forgot this place existed... super reasonably priced and the owner is so friendly and caring. Parking is ample, but the entrance is in the garage and I needed to hit the handicap door opener to get in as this place opens at 7am, but city hall opens at 8am. Plenty of choices and the super (mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers) breakfast burrito was amazing and flavorful. Will come back for sure!“
“They always have great food and friendly staff. They also helped me in a pinch with a pretty big catering order. They had the whole order ready for me right when I walked in and even offered to help me carry it out to my car! Will be coming back many times.“
“Randomly found this unassuming place in a shopping center. Everything we've tried has been outstanding, and they'll do a half order of most things so you can try even more. Service was great and the wait went faster than they said. Shout out to Andrew, it was like he could read my mind. I'll definitely be coming back.Kid-friendliness: Separate kids menu and they'll do half orders of anything“
“Joanie's ambiance was delightful, especially on a rainy afternoon. No trouble getting seated, and though it was bustling, the crepe and eggs were wonderfully flavorful.Excited to return and try the smoked salmon version. Great spot for brunch, though a tad pricey. The servers were prompt and courteous.“
“Very good food. Very clean and the best breakfast for the money. Portions are huge and workers are very nice.Vegetarian options: Not exactly sure what but they have stuff on the menu.Parking: 27 spaces.Kid-friendliness: Great place for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Nice ramp leads right up to the front door.“
“We were looking for a cozy not crazy crowded brunch place in Santa Clara, and I'm happy we found one. There are indoor sitting and outdoor sitting (patio with heaters and shade, as well as open space) options.Servers seem caring and doing everything quickly (at least when it's not very busy), they were checking on us a few times and giving a coffee refill without request.House coffee is a good one, but not the best one. With the order we got all the condiments, sauces and ketchup after requesting one.The food is good overall, interesting sauce for a wrap and a nice hollandaise for eggs benedict. The only little surprise is a hard biscuit under the eggs which tastes like it was refrigerated and then put in the microwave, not freshly baked for sure.Overall it's a good place for a weekend brunch, we will come back again soon for sure.“
“We were looking for a brunch spot in a Sunday morning to try and we stumbled upon Bill of Fare on Yelp. I decided to order the Monte Cristo and my boyfriend decided on the Chicken Fried Steak. We also ordered the Mama’s Greek Yogurt as a dessert to try.Monte Cristo: 10/10Wow! What a dish! The Monte Cristi consists of bread with cheese, ham, Turkey, and havarti on the inside. This one tasted really good alone but when I dipped it in the raspberry jam, I was pleasantly surprised by the well balanced taste of it while eating. It comes with a side of either hash browns, fries, cottage cheese, or fresh fruit (for an additional charge). Highly recommend to try!Chicken Fried Steak: 8/10The chicken mixed with the gravy was good. It came with some toast, eggs and your choice of a side of either hash browns, fries, cottage cheese, or fresh fruit (for an additional charge). The toast was a bit too dry.Mama’s Greek Yogurt: 10/10Must get!!! The Greek yogurt is made in house. When it first came out, my boyfriend and I thought we weren’t going to be able to finish it but we were wrong. We devoured this dessert even though we were super full. The yogurt was very creamy and not too sweet. It blended really well with the strawberries, blueberries, nuts, and honey. This one I would highly recommend trying!!!Very solid brunch spot. I would recommend coming here for some good breakfast, brunch, or lunch! It was a bit busy during the time we came around 10AM. The workers were accommodating and friendly.“
“Winston Churchill apparently once said something along the lines that Russia was a "a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma." That's kind of what I feel about this restaurant. Why does it serve a mixture of Hawaiian, Puerto Rican, Mexican, and Korean fast food? Why is it built into the side of a Home Depot? Why are there motivational gym-style quotations and writings on the wall? Perhaps I will never know the answer to these mysteries, but nevertheless, I greatly enjoy eating here and will continue to do so.To quickly state it, yeah, it's a restaurant built into the side of a Home Depot, but there's roofing and seating (and fake grass as a floor?), which are basically perfectly functional at all times. The slightly open nature of the area actually means it doesn't get too hot - so it actually works pretty well as a restaurant. The food selection is as I mentioned, quite varied. I've had the Loco Moco, Bulgogi, Hot Dog, and Philly Cheesesteak. All of them came out very quickly, cheaply (very rare in the Bay Area!!) and were as tasty as you would expect all of these foods to be. On the other hand, you're pretty much getting what you order - no surprises (and you wouldn't really expect a surprise). Macaroni from the Hawaiian plates always goes great with the rice - and the portion sizes for any of the plates are quite large!Seems very popular among people working at or around Home Depot for their breakfast and lunch - and I can understand why! Cheap, fast, convenient, and tasty! I honestly haven't eaten like this very often since moving up from Southern California - and it's delightful that I can eat like this again. Heavily recommended if you want a cheap, fast lunch in a place that generally doesn't have many cheap, fast lunch options.“
“Ordered ahead on a Sunday morning and the food was ready fairly quickly. Food was hot and the sandwich itself was very tasty. It’s a little pricey but I think it’s worth it, especially because the chicken is so big. Lots of good flavor and will definitely be back to try their other breakfast sandwiches.“
“This has become my husband and my go-to place for a quick, delicious breakfast. I usually get a skillet - every one I've tried comes out piping hot and packed with flavor - and a freshly squeezed orange juice. Unlike many other places, their orange juice is actually real freshly squeezed juice! Service is lightning fast, even when the place is packed.“
