the food was excellent! This was a birthday celebration dinner. I had asked if they would have a complementary small cake just for the birthday person. They never replied to my request nor served it.
We've been going to A Votre Sante for years and order the vegetarian tostada quite often. It's been delicious but this time it was awful. The tortilla was supposed to be whole grain but it was white flour. The lettuce was brown and. wilted. We were so disappointed since this has been our favorite brunch place.

Stalwart health food restaurant is, 37 years later, still worth the visit. As is becoming more common, the dining room was understaffed, with only 2 waiters for two dining rooms. Service was good, if unavoidably slow.
