They have $20 combo which is a really great deal given the amount of food and the quality of these sides. We ordered two 3-item combo with Japanese fried chicken, tempura, salmon roll. The second combo with cali roll, spicy tuna roll and gyoza. Everything was great!
Low-key "Mom n Pop" spot up in the cut. To be fair, my 1st visit was on a quiet Sunday afternoon. I got a Bento box lunch which wasn't anything special. What was special was the OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE provided by Leslie when out call was dripped while we were making an order. She called back to let us know she put the order in, which is what is supposed to happened but rarely, if ever, does. I'm going back to sit at the sushi bar one evening and will report back.

This place makes me so happy. They're kind, cheaper, and the food quality is amazing. Everyone in MDR raised their sushi prices exponentially except this place. They have great food and such kind service at the most competitive price (though I don't think any sushi is"affordable" anymore honestly). I highly recommend!!!
