Yes. If you are looking for a delicious lunchtime spot to grab a phenomenal sandwhich, then this is your place! Asian fusion spots are some of my favorite places, and this one is at the top of the list. Parking: Street parking, so I'd highly recommend coming before 12:30pm or after 2pm to make sure you snag a spot. Also, there are lots little shops on the block, so make sure you head into the right store. They have a heavy wooden black door. Atmosphere: Looks can be deceiving. It's a no frills sandwhich shop. Not much ambiance, but the service is TOP NOTCH. They are super friendly.Food: 10/10. Literally one of the best places I've ever tried. Period. The Katsuwich-- fresh cripsy chicken on a bed of crisp cabbage (no soggy lettuce here) on a hoagie roll. It's my favorite. I opted for my sauce on the side, but I could drink the sauce...its so delicious, so next time I'll get it the way it comes. My second favorite is the Cheesesteak. What in the world? It's a delicious flavor profile with the steak, cheese, peppers, onions, and kimchi. I'm a huge fan. I will caution you that these sandwhiches are HUGE so be prepared for leftovers.Price: The sandwiches range about $15 which yes...seems pricey at first, but they are MASSIVE with incredible flavor and quality. Totally worth it.Trust me, and try this place--- you'll become a regular ;)

Definitely a good spot for lunch. The sandwiches are HUGE so make sure you split it with someone. My favorite is the Seoul cheesesteak. I also get the kimchini... yummmm. It's a little expensive but it's so worth the price.

During these trying times it's good to know reliable and good take out exists. It's just Sue and Isaias working so I know who is in the kitchen and their food hits my korean cravings. My son is in love with their fries (even without the honey butter since he is allergic) and my husband and I devour the honey butter sauce (we dip our fries in it and use it for other purposes). Recently I tried the Seoul Cheesesteak with extra cheese and let me tell you, I think this is my favorite thing on their menu for entrees. I ordered through phone, then went to go pick it up. When I got home I saw that the fries were already mixed in the honey butter sauce (which is usually how they serve it) and I called to put in another order of regular fries for my son due to his allergies but Sue, being so amazing, just delivered our fries to us free of charge for the misunderstanding. This is the kind of customer service that always puts them on top for me.

Every once in a while i will get a message from a fellow Yelper as well as from my family which states basically: "why do you always go back, rather than a new place to write your reviews?"To me it is pretty self explanatory: if i like a place why wouldn't i? Yes i like to try new places but sometimes it doesn't make sense.Like Now.During this Pandemic we all cling to what is familiar: Family, Lovers, Nice neighbors and also friendly, personal retail places and of course, food joints. The owner of Bite Me is as friendly and easy going, though she is a taskmaster about checking out the progress of orders coming in and going out. Sue is a mensch but she is also a sturdy businesswoman.Right now, Sue has kept her doors open because the neighborhood of Eagle Rock has blessed her with daily orders coming in from various and sundry nearby businesses: fire dept, retirement homes. This is good because i would hate to think or realize that Bite-Me would be closing as many food places are or will be. It is a sad and upsetting sidelight of this disgusting Pandemic. In any event i went in today jonesing for some Bite Me multi cultural food as in:a Bang Mi beef sammyan order of french Friesa side of Sue's Mom's KimchiThe Bang Mi is a brute of a Beef sammy with an in house produced, very lean, very Kalbi tasting beef, a soft on the inside but crusty on the outside bun and a melange of very crispy with a coleslawy dressing: carrots. cucs, napa cabbage. All of the aforementioned dosed with lots of love. This gigantic wrap packs enough food to feed me and the horse i rode in on: so i shared it with the dude cleaning my parquet floors, He, as well loved it!The fries were out of a box which is not a particular issue but i need them to be meatier though Isais fried them until they were crispy and salted until they were tasty. i opted out of the butter honey toss yet Sue gave me a chili oil which complemented this dish well.Sue's Mom's Kimchi is a revelation. It is crunchy, hot, slightly sweet: jammed pack with flavor. Every Kimchi is different because every version of home made Kimchi has his/her own tweek. This one i am going to use in a version of Potato Salad i make at home. It should be slammin'.Service-wise Bite-Me is a take out joint now yet Sue goes out of her way to make the walk in business feel welcome. So to return to the first paragraph of this review: during this once in a lifetime Pandemic we all cleave to what is familiar, what we have loved in the past. And so i returned to Bite-Me and do not regret it one bit! come visit Sue. Tell her i sent you and get some of the most personal and tasty food in L.A,

My family was looking for something tasty and new. Not only did we find it, but we found a new go to spot whenever we are near Glendale. We shared the Seoul Cheese steak sandwich, katsu sandwitch, honey butter fries, Kimchini ball, and the Loco Moco. Everything was delicious and hit the spot. Always happy to support small businesses and the owner was an absolute pleasure.

This place really does fusion justice. I like the ramen burrito the most in terms of overall price and flavor. If the in-house chili oil crisp is available, please do yourself a favor and get it.

So much tasty food! Come here hungry, you'll be stuffed. We got the shrimp po boy and a bang mi, both were huge and delicious, lots of sauces and flavors, loved it. Plus a large order of fries. You should order two sides, even though one order of fries is enough for two. Ordered online, ready in about 10 minutes. The people that work there were super-nice also. Just all-around great experience, especially considering the state of the world today. The windows were boarded up, I hope it's just for a renovation and they're not closing. If you see it, they're open as of today! Hope to make it back soon.

Please do yourself a favor and go here! Make sure to order the honey butter fries with your sandwich or burrito. Their food is great. The owners are great. One of our favorite local spots next!! Food and service is always above and beyond. You can thank me later. We love the Bang Mi - it's the bomb!

Amazing local sandwich place. Their chicken Katsu and cheesy bulgogi sandwiches are amazing here. I came here during covid but it's been really good and the owner has been very friendly and kind

The sandwiches are mediocre and overpriced. However, the owners are very nice and accommodating. I miss New York Deli (previous restaurant at this location). The pastrami at the previous deli was delicious and fairly priced.

Picked up lunch today and it was delicious! Called in the order ahead and it was very fast. We got the Seoul Cheesesteak and the Bang Mi Rice Bowl - both we're delicious and big portions! Will probably have enough leftover for another full meal for the 2 of us. Reminder to call in your order instead of ordering online if possible. Online ordering is convenient but they do take a cut that could instead go directly to the restaurant & def want to support small local businesses!

Sometimes the food and the service is SO good you have to leave a review. The cheesesteak and the katsuwitch were unbelievably good. And the woman who made my sandwich (presumably the owner?) genuinely made my day better with her energy. Highly recommend

I ordered 2 sandwiches and Loco moco with potato salads... and i didn't received any utensils?? How am I suppose to eat all these?! Isn't it a common sense to just include the utensils?? i mean you're a service place!! lol had to pick up utensils from dollar store to eat my cold food!!!!

Came by here to try for the first time for take out. Door was locked but a staff came by to open. Ordered the Seoul Cheesesteak and a 8oz Korean Potato Salad. I was told it would take 10 mins. Well I believe I got the wrong sandwich. It was more like the Bang Mi and was not a big fan of the taste. I eat Korean food all the time so I know Korean flavors. The Gochujang Pork was funky - had a dog food smell. The meat was dry (possibly old). The Korean Potato Salad has no seasoning on it and was also dry. Disappointing for a first time order.
