I had a very pleasant experience last weekend. I ordered a New Orleans style coffee with 2% milk. This young lady explained to me that they do not offer 2%percent milk. Instead she would make it for me by mixing whole and non-fat milk. She was too kind. When I got my drink, it turned out to be an Iced-coffee. So I said to this lady that I meant to have a hot cup of coffee. She went back and made the coffee for me again. I got my beverage and as soon as I took a sip I knew I hit gold. It was perhaps the best cup of coffee I had in the last 3 months. Outstanding. I didn't get her name. But this young lady, was very nice, pleasant, tall and with lots of cute freckles. Make sure she makes your coffee too. Thank you blue bottle coffee.

I know they think they are fancy for being in Brentwood, but they have very poor, unfriendly service. I get coffee to talk to baristas, not for mediocre LA coffee. If I want good coffee then I will take a short flight to Las Vegas where there are much better options and service.

Despicably rude service - would barely acknowledge customers in otherwise empty store in middle of day. Coffee is good, pastries stale.

After years of paying extra for alternative milks, was thrilled to find out that Blue Bottle no longer charges extra for oat milk in their drinks in California, opting for oat as the standard option unless people ask otherwise. We tried the matcha lattes and they were pretty good. Hope other coffee shops follow suit and remove the hefty alternative milk fees!
I love this location so much. My drinks are always made fast and with a smile. I wanted to say today that Cindy went beyond the normal helpfulness by offering me a crash course on all the Nola variations and their unique flavors. I'm a bit of Nola addict since 2019 So I love all the new variations. And her coworker said she loves my dog. Which made my day. I didn't catch her name but she's a super cute gal with bright red hair and gorgeous freckles. Thank you gals for an awesome experience

Blue Bottle has great coffee. Not much more that needs to be said.The interior is very small, so you’ll want to order to go, or sit outside.I recommend this place!

Love love love blue bottle. Everyone is generally very friendly whenever I stop in, and always knowledged on the bean offerings. Not to mention, the back exit of the shop opens up to a patio with a lovely fountain, perfect for enjoying the coffee. I will always make the drive and pay the extra $1 for blue bottle, it's 10/10 worth it to experience the fresh roasted and ground beans.

Friendly staff! If you park in the underground garage, it's free up to an hour with validation. The exit door from the garage is right next to the store entrance if you take the stairs.
