I don't generally write reviews, but I did a to-go order and the cookie was definitely not baked while I waited and not fresh at all.

I wish I had heeded the advice of a previous poster. The pb&j cookie is more like a soft biscuit. And as I chew, I can feel the grit of what I can only describe as an undercooked cookie. Similar to cookie dough. The thickness of the cookies is off putting, but even the chocolate sea salt is a mound of dough. Sadly it doesn't look like the warm, brown, thinner cookie that is pictured here on yelp. I'm going to put these in the oven, but I'm not even sure if that would fix this. If you like thick, almost cake like cookies, this may not bother you.

I was very disappointed upon arriving here. It's located inside a Uber eats/grub hub spot. Order on a screen and wait 20-25 minutes for your order, and unfortunately it's for take out only.

These are the best cookies in LA I have found. I love that the outside has a crisp but the inside is gooey. I will say the best one, even though I am a chocolate chip person is their cookies and cream from the traditional menu. However, we have been here at least 7 times and my personal favorite is the game day cookie with a cream cheese center.Lately I don’t order unless there’s an option for the cream cheese center cookie. These cookies are special and they are not too sweet like Crumbl cookies. I tried those once and had to throw the box of 6 cookies away it was awful.

I don't usually like bread pudding... but this one is the best I've ever had. Rich and indulgent flavors, delivered hot and fresh to your doorstep. I visit my friend in the area once a month and order the variety pack from here. Delicious and one of my favorite things to eat, ever!

I'll dream about the chocolate chip bread pudding until the day I die. Literally so freaking good. Super inconvenient there's no storefront - you have to order and wait like 30 min. The cookies were also good. Got chocolate chip and bday cake - both were 8/10. Will be back for the bread pudding.

Make sure to order online ahead of time because they make the cookies fresh, and it takes about 20 mins. I tried the OMFG cookie (Nutella inside). It was thick, warm, and gooey. Some parts seemed undercooked, but I loved how gooey it was. The Nutella parts were amazing. The parts without Nutella were plain.

Placed an online order for the OMFG cookie (cookie with Nutella inside). It took about 20 mins for it to be ready (cuz it seems like they make it fresh!). When you arrive, there is no physical bakery - just lockers for you to pick up your order. The cookie was thick, warm, and gooey! I loved the part with the Nutella inside! The bites that didn't have Nutella were plain and also looked a little undercooked. Price is standard at $4.50. You can get 20% off for signing up for their newsletter

The bread pudding trio was one of the best desserts I’ve ever had. We also ordered a cookie sampler, which was just as good. Even ordering on door dash, our cookies arrived warm. Can’t recommend enough.

I want to preface this review by saying that I'm not a personal fan of extremely doughy and thick cookies. If you are a lover of cookie dough, please take this review with a grain of salt (pun unintended). First of all, their Echo Park had a very clever locker food pick up system. Very easy to use, took less than 2 minutes to order, very fast pick up. Very convenient automatic service. Security in the parking lot kept my car safe, workers were happy to answer questions, and lots of posts signs to help a first timer at Echo Park Eats use their system. There wasn't really a welcoming "ambiance", as it was mainly a pick-up location, and not a sit-down place. I ordered 6 cooked for 24 dollars. Each cookie is quite large, and I felt that from a purely size of cookie perspective, you certainly get your bang for your buck. All the cookies were crispy on the outside, but had no structure inside. It was more doughy than delightfully chewy- and again, if you like eating cookies with similar consistency to raw cookie dough, this place is for you. Flavor wise, everything I ordered was generally too sweet. Instead of enhancing the flavor, the salt on the chocolate chip cookie just added a salty aftertaste mainly. The cookies and cream cookies were delicious at first bite, but again, fell apart in taste and structure into an overly sweet chocolatey/creamy/doughy mess. I would have loved more citrusy flavor in the O the Poppy cookie, as it was once again dominated by pure singular sweetness. The Basic B was more or less as expected- a sugar cookie with sprinkles. All in all, good amount of cookies for the price with convenient pick up and service time, but the overly thick cookies makes it impossible for most of the insides of the cookies to cook, resulting in what is essentially an overly sweet crusted cookie dough scoop. Again, I'm not a huge fan of raw cookie dough, and had different expectations on cookies here- someone else might have a more pleasant experience otherwise!

Absolutely loved the bread pudding trio and cookies that I ordered. Only wish is that I can have an entire tray of the bread pudding! Can't wait to order again

Discovered Brady's Bakery during a random Uber Eats search when craving something sweet. The girl dinner (two cookies and a glass of milk) was the perfect pick. Been making my way through the line up the past few months and haven't been disappointed yet. The cinnamon roll bread pudding is in my top three. Brady's is my go to delivery birthday gift for friends these days, cuz who doesn't love warm cookies delivered to your door? Great packaging and personalized cards available too. Love that they're in the neighborhood and look forward to what's next.

If I could give less than one star I would. Attempted to order delivery and could not select the items I wanted. Placed an order in the same category as what I wanted and tried to call to adjust. No one picked up. Called my delivery person as he waited for the order and he passed my phone to someone in the shop. Asked him to adjust my order and he said they could not. I asked why and he continued to say I cannot. Worst customer service ever. Good product but good product means nothing if you are not willing to work with your customers. Keep this up and I'm guessing you will have a lot less customers. Good luck.

Went to 2 other locations before trying this one out and they were great. This location on the other hand was not. The cookies were super un baked and taste as if I was eating cookie dough. All 4 cookies were the same. Looks like you guys had the fire up to high and tried to rush the process.

The vegan pb&j cookie is LIFE CHANGING. pb&j is one of my favorite things ever and any time i see something with that on a menu i order it. They always fall short somehow. Not this one. Jelly inlaid in the middle, the cookie itself gives you just enough of a hint of bread that it pulls that and the delicious peanut butter together. Unreal. I'm always hesitant about cookies when they're vegan mostly because of texture but the texture of these is impeccable. The first time i got it it was fresh baked and immaculate. Ordered from a to go vendor last night and i was too excited to heat up, and it was still incredible. Everything else I've tried (other cookies, bread pudding) has also been amazing but this cookie is special. My big ass knows cookies. This a damn fine cookie.
