The delectable Pandan Honey comb cakes, with their exquisite softness, chewiness, airiness, and flavor, stimulate a wealth of sensory experience that is both complex and gratifying. The amalgamation of different textures and tastes is an eloquent testimony to the intricate nature of human perception, and serves as an invitation to explore the depths of our gustatory capacity.

I love their Pandan Cake, dairy free, gluten free. So good! It is made of Tapioca starch, coconut milk and eggs.I am symptomatic celiac and I never got sick from it. I love this subtle sweet coconut bread. My friend bought those from one of the Vietnamese spring rolls restaurants in Alhambra.
