I love their Pandan Cake, dairy free, gluten free. So good! It is made of Tapioca starch, coconut milk and eggs.I am symptomatic celiac and I never got sick from it. I love this subtle sweet coconut bread. My friend bought those from one of the Vietnamese spring rolls restaurants in Alhambra.

Banh Bo Nuong! Pandan Honeycomb Cake! Small storefront. The door was still locked when I got there, but thankfully, the business owner across from them was kind enough to tell me to knock and they let me in! I was immediately hit with a thick smell of pandan, coconut, and egg (like the "eggy" smell you get when baking sponge cakes). There were three people already there ready to help!
