It’s take too long my Oder 25 mins of waiting to the other customer is too fast when you received the order the burger is cold already I go to the counter to follow up my orde 4 times they said it’s coming

As Burger Kings go, this needs a lot of improvement. Food always is substandard in cooking and taste, drive thru seems "off" whenever I go there and traffic flow through drive thru is confusing (Sunset entrance should be marked exit only with cones to prevent cutting in line.)
