Dinora López was not very nice when I called to complain my app order was missing a burger. She confirmed with her staff that the burger was still there. Offered no assistance and her only solution was to drive back to pick up a burger they forgot. The mistake wasn’t mine because I asked the drive thru worker if he was sure my entire order was in one large bag. He confirmed it was complete. The online website is horrible and not very helpful. Very disappointing
Im giving a 5 star review to the person who gave me my food.His name was Luis Velazquez. He was overall such a good person who gave me one of the best experiences I've had at a fast food restaurant. He was very polite and made small talk with me while I was waiting for the food. This guy deserves so much! Best customer service ever from him!

I ordered some Carl's jr online and when when I brought it home, the food quality was not good. Both burgers were very sloppy and no flavor on my burger the waffle fries were also stale and I asked for power aid no ice and it had a lot of ice. This is not 1st time out food wasn't good, but we wanted to get benefit of doubt. I'm very unhappy with food service. Not going here anymore..
