Although the food is tasty overall, the portions are 5 star restaurant European style small. It is laughable. I asked for some "supergreens" and got like 4 leaves of something literally. Two tiny falafels when asked for it. Too bad their customer service is also very mid / rude.
I'd call this place the Mediterranean version of Chipotle without Chipotle's stinginess. You make your own bowl here, choosing from a variety of bases (saffron rice, regular rice, romaine, greens blend, etc). Then you choose a variety of dips (red pepper hummus, roasted eggplant) and proteins (lamb, honey chicken, grilled chicken, falafel, etc). Then toppings and sauces. I love Cava but what really stood out to me was the gentleman Levi, his customer service was top notch ! I really appreciate it because good customer service is hard to come by in this day and age! A few people can take a few this from him! Keep it up Levi! Your hard work and determination does not go unnoticed
