Literally, my sister and I have been on a pho binge and we got to try château lemongrass on Friday night. We arrived around 8 PM and there was plenty of seating available. We are promptly served and we were able to order the vegetable pho and the rare steak pho. I thought the pho was very good and the soup was very flavorful. Lots of street parking is available and they also have outdoor seating as well.

Chateau Lemongrass is always a favorite in Eagle Rock! Their lemongrass chicken or tofu bowls are clean ingredients, tasty and always tastes fresh. The staff is always really attentive and it's easy to get a table. In addition to the lemongrass tofu, I love the mint lemonade and tofu pho with vegan broth.

i Burgered and Buffet myself to Death the past few months. It's Pho Time Pho Sure! i Cried looking for Parking because Today i went in my Toyota Tundra, and after my 3rd turnaround, someone on the Street left so i parked there and ordered for takeout. Very nice and chill place to get Vietnamese food like pho, banh mi, bun noodle bowls, fresh spring rolls, all with delicious meat and vegetarian options. The "make your own" option lets you get any protein in any dish. My partner loves the filet mignon pho the most, and I brought my vegan parents who loved everything too! They even asked about it the next time they visited. It is very easy to call for a takeout order and then come by to pick up. The service at the check-out is always quick and convenient. The ambience inside is so clean and fresh, too, if you want to eat in. We started getting take-out here during quarantine in 2020, and it's been a go-to ever since, especially when we need something filling and comforting to eat. Ive been coming here since the pre-covid days and their pho always hits the spot whenever i need something soupy. their pho is so so so heartwarming. that first sip of the broth untouched with sriracha or hoisin is a MUST. i think its honestly the perfect balance of taste. my go to is the All Meat Pho while my boyfriend gets the chicken pho. both are superb. for appetizers, we also usually get either the crispy wings or calamari. we love the appetizers alot and its honestly the dish we come back for the most. the space is always clean and staff are very friendly. the only thing negative i must say would be that more than half of the time we go there, we get slow service. out of all the pho places ive been to, lemongrass had me wait the longest time for pho. and then you really have to grab the attention from the staff if u need to pay quickly. but other than that, really great food! ill always come back, thanks for the yummy food!!!

My top choice for Thai dining globally is undoubtedly Lemon Grass. The staff always exude friendliness. The restaurant, owned by a family, has a knack for making you feel right at home. Their Pho is unparalleled - the broth is flavorful and just right. Without a doubt, the tofu tacos are a must-try. They're the closest thing to Mexican tacos and I assure you, you won't be disappointed.
Did a carry out order from here and it was really good, happy I have a spot for quality Vietnamese food in Eagle Rock. I ordered the Garlic Noodles, Shaken Beef, Spring Rolls and Egg Rolls. Garlic Noodles were a tiny bit oily but overall really great. Food is adorable and high quality. Ordering on the phone was really work the staff too and they were really nice. Without a doubt, coming here many times more in the future.
