Ok...so I liked this spot a lot but they just introduced some bulgogi corn cheese fries to the menu since I've been back. MUST TRY. The bone-in chicken was a little less great. Just kind of dainty pieces and some were actually chicken breast with just a little bit of bone rather than a whole chicken thigh.
There was parking underground that the place offers. The service on a Sunday at 9PM wasn't that bad. There were only a few other tables of folks. My boyfriend and I got the: Tornado honey fries, corn cheese, large sweet & spicy flavor. Truly, the food was good, late night hours, parking, and overall vibe was amazing. The food was great. Last time I was at chimac star was before Covid and wow to see the upgrade/renovation was amazing to see in person! It's a night life vibe without the night life lol. The musics isn't loud and when I went there was a mix of young and older crowd. It seems like they are under staffed as one guy was hosting all 4-5 tables. He was very sweet and helpful!
