I moved to the neighborhood a few months ago and Eightfold very quickly became my go-to spot for coffee. The service and seasonal offerings have been hitting lately and I'm already thinking about my next strawberry matcha latte.

What a great coffee shop! Delicious drinks and really tasty food. This place introduced me to the iced espresso tonic. Their specialty cold brew is also delish. Everyone there is super nice and always great. Shout-out to Kayla for always remembering what I ordered last!

There is no such cafe. No signs on the street. I did not find it

Stayed in the area for 2 days. Had 2 cortados, a cappuccino and an americano. All excellent.

Really sad to leave this review as I've been a regular here since the pandemic, but the service has really fallen off. The baristas don't really seem to care anymore, unless they're talking to a friend. In that case, you'll be standing in line while they have whole conversations. I feel terrible walking in there now as I feel like I'm disturbing them. For about the last month, a barista that's been there as long as I've been coming has been getting my order wrong. She looks as though she couldn't be bothered and has a really sour attitude now. It's really sad because this was one of my favorite places to go and now I feel awkward walking in because I'll feel like I'm bothering them. I'm on the lookout for a more welcoming spot. Sadly, won't be coming here anymore.

10/10 on all levels. Fast, efficient, and kindest baristas. Constant and consistently great coffee & matcha. Best place to read/work on sunset. Fast WiFi, and great avo toast and chia pudding!! Can’t miss eightfold!!

Whoever said that there were outlets here lied... or the people at the cafe covered it up. The service is nice, the atmosphere is good, everyone is doing their own work and seems nice. I didn't try out the food. But no outlets here so I'll probably head out in a few hours. Edit: omg the macchiato I got was sooo sour.... I think their coffee is overdue... I've never tasted coffee so gross in my life... I just got here and I planned to study but I think I will leave and go to Starbucks or Philz coffee...

I walked in, no line. Waited for the barista to notice me while she was in conversation (a good 3min). When she noticed me she gave a loud annoyed sign. When I asked about the lattes she gave very short answers without even looking at me. After I ordered she went back to her conversation for a while till she decided to make my coffee. After she was done she put the coffee on the counter without saying a word or looking at me. I said,"thank you"; no reply. I grew up around Sunset Blvd and I loved going to new cafes and restaurants but it's rude and pretentious people like this that have tarnished the spirit of Sunset Blvd. I will never come here again.

I ordered matcha and the barista made it according to my liking. I got the ube oreo cookie which tasted really good! It paired well with my matcha. I look forward to visiting again and get a coffee next time.

Pros: cute spot inside and good coffee. Cons: came in on a Sunday at 3:45 pm and didn't get the best service. The woman at the counter didn't look too happy and wasn't too helpful while I was deciding what drink to get. I tried to order an avocado toast but she said they're "done with food for the day" which I was surprised about as they didn't close until 5 pm. She was very short with her words and continued to mop as I was trying to order. Parking was also soooo hard to find.

awful service from the angry chicks working there....no jerk or welcome b....bad first impression. asked for notes hot NO foam latte only to receive the exact opposite ..practically scolded and told the foam is something they can't help. ... I said thank you and left the drink. didn't ask for.l a refund or anything. but i did tell her to keep i.left. terrible place only good thing was the pretty store front

Love this spot! But the bathroom is often out of order and there’s nothing else around. So, hard to justify going there to get work done these days. I have called a few times to see if they’ve fixed it but no one answers. Love the vibe and the service though!

My go to place for oak lattes near DTLA! The cashiers are friendly! Cute spot to hang out and zone out if you want to work/read.

I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here again (because LA traffic), but whenever I’m in Echo Park in the future, I’ll absolutely remember this place and return. Free wifi, not too hard to find parking, excellent roasts. Didn’t have a chance to try the food but I will in the future. The coffee was super affordable too always a nice plus in LA. The space is very minimal- exposed piping, bright/airy clean feel to it, thank God not at all one of those instagrammable places that puts more work into the decor than the coffee. (FINALLY). Just a quiet, soothing, large cafe.
