I absolutely love this place.A real gem and LA favorite.I’ve been many times, and each time is a treat. No joke.The menu is always shifting and changing or altering in some small ways where you’ll see favorites or familiar items or variations of from time to time and then brand new items to get excited about.And of course there is the extensive sake menu which is more like an assortment of short fiction stories. Cute, but the wait is sooo long.Food is not as good as I thought it would be. Not bad but not 1.5 hour wait good.Also had to wait for my okoniomiyaki dish for like an hour. Undercooked imo. The sandos are very tasty though!

Had a great time at this cozy sake joint. Our group tried 3 sakes, all of which were top-notch and showcased the diversity of flavors sake can hold. The food was also great — we had the chicken katsu sando, the okonomiyaki, the salt and pepper tofu, and the kurodai otsukuri. The atmosphere is great too.
