the manager there is so bad as customer service.she stop our service because she got delivered her Starbucks drink and instead of finishing our order she went on the back to drink her Starbucks. then a Dash driver arrived to pick up food for delivery, and she literally threw the bag of food in the counter for the driver to get it. Did not get her name but, has the right arm Tattooed.Parking: that lady should not be a manager at pollo loco or any other place.

I love el pollo loco, but this location is pure garbage. The chicken is awful, literally meatless, the service was so bad I felt lucky I escaped with my life, and of course I was sick all night from the food. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Black male was disrespectful to me after placing my order made me swipe my card twice was rude said you didn't pay for anything gave a black female free chicken and another black male free jalapenos he also yelled at me I don't know why a Latino business hires black people who have nothing to do with the Latino culture I need to speak to management and also address I'm an advocate for the community and this is my first time dining here I cancelled my order

The food was excellent as always. The entire staff looks genuinely happy, even dealing with rain. This restaurant is always clean and inviting. The restrooms outside is not very safe but overall the restaurant looks clean.

I've lived in the area for some time now so once in a while I come back thinking/hoping things have gotten better, WRONG!!!! Costumer service is the ABSOLUTE worst. I waited at the first window for way too long when I said hello, the lady's response was "wait". No, can u wait a second. I'll be right with you. Nope, I got a wait. I ordered a salad and was asked to pay 44 cent extra for my dressing. I mean WTH!!!
