Horrible and rude service. I did an online order and the order was not ready when it was promised. I asked the man I couldn’t find on the app where to do salad dressing could I get one. He wanted me to wait on a line that wrapped all around the store for a salad dressing when it wasn’t on the app. He was rude about it. He said no get on the line and stormed off. Do not recommend this location.
When I asked them if they had avocado sauce(Avocado Sauce is the reason why I buy food from El Pollo Loco) they said no, then I asked for a extra dressing since I also bought a salad and chicken combo.If they know they sell a lot, they should be prepared.

Poor on employees always have to wait to long in line, before you leave check your chicken because you could get some real burn looks like charcoal, this Sunday I went and they where out of some side order only beans and Mac and cheese, to much homeless coming in and out can't eat in peace.
