Tried firehouse subs for the first time, sandwich was good ? but I could tell the difference in service between me ( a young Mexican-American) and the white woman that walked in after me. It was my first time too but only she was offered recommendations and the rewards program meanwhile all I got was a "buy and get out" vibe. Probably never coming back for that reason and might be the reason they're always empty too.
Steven the owner/manager was truly great at assisting Tmobile Tuesdays free hook & ladder sub. Not only were the sandwich extremely delicious. The rest of the hard working staff provided excellent customer service to all the hungry eaters. I will be coming back to taste the rest of your menu

Ordered the Firehouse Salad for lunch on a Tuesday. I was told that they’re missing tomatoes and bell peppers. Not a good sign. I said that it’s fine. Opened up my salad and it was just basically lettuce and cucumbers with topping of ham. Tasted ok with honey mustard but I kinda felt jipped!Vegetarian options: Salad options availableKid-friendliness: Good place to bring kids. Very casual environment.
