Ok so first time I ordered the pork ramen for pickup during my lunch hour. I got a text saying they'd notify me when it was ready. Never got it. Food was cold and honestly pretty bland broth. But when I was in Tokyo I had a delicious chicken based broth so I decided to go with that and it was excellent! I added the egg extra thick noodles and lots of chili paste. It was happy hour so I got a $4 Sapporo. In the end it was damn near $30 which is pretty outrageous.
Went for lunch last week with my spouse while in town for work and JINYA delivered the BEST ramen we have ever had. We both don’t eat pork or shellfish, so we were happy to find any establishment with options without pork broth. If you’re a fan of ramen and a vibe reminiscence of Japanese cultureI highly recommend this spot!Dietary restrictions: Great for people who avoid eats pigs and shellfish!
