Street parking out front (metered) or parking in the back. Back Entrance available. Came on a Saturday morning. Not busy. Seated right away. Chips and salsa were great. The food was fast and delicious. Cafe de olla. Service was great. Positive experience. Pet friendly patio!
This very modest eatery has a high eatery owner who has maintained an "A" status and is constantly cleaning and rearranging her restaurant. Open 7 days a week closes around 2 p.m. daily. If you want fresh homemade cork tortillas, and a plethora of outstanding Mexican food check out La Morinitas. You'll never go anywhere else.

This spot is a gem hidden in Lincoln Heights. They have the option to sit inside or outside. I recommend sitting outside. The ambiance is so cozy and inviting. I went with both of my nephews, and although they're picky eaters, they enjoyed the food here. I ordered the Menudo, and I will say it was absolutely delicious.
