Lakeview Bistro was the restaurant that we had breakfast at during our stay at the Westin. We did not have to pay for breakfast since it was included/free for platinum. We did not need to reserve and food selection was pretty good. They had a wide variety of selection of cuisine for breakfast and service was pretty attentive and fast! Had breakfast here in the hotel. Service was excellent. The selections were nice and prices for not unreasonable for a hotel restaurant. I had the basic American breakfast. It came with eggs, hashbrowns, toast, sausage, and bacon. The bacon was a mistake, but Not a problem. Others in our group had salmon, which they enjoyed quite a bit. The food came out quickly and the eggs were done Exactly as requested.

At night, The Lakeview Bistro turns into a Mexican themed restaurant. They have their own menu of Mexican favorites. There is a jukebox that plays Mexican favorite songs. It's been open for about 3 months. Surprisingly certain items were VERY GOOD and authentic. I recommend the Queso Fundido, Caldo de Pollo, Caldo de Fideo and Roasted Elote -Mexican style.
