This has to be the best ceviche I've ever had. They serve it on a food truck and they have some seats by the truck to enjoy your food. Now you're thinking theres no way the food is fresh if its served on a truck. Well the quality and textures here are 5 stars. My friends and I ordered the Tacos de Camaron, Poseidon and Mixta. The octopus and shrimp were cooked perfectly. Not too chewy and the combination of citrus with their house made salsa were perfect. Between the 4 of us this was plenty of food. Prices are reasonable and portions are great. Wait times can be long, but well worth it. Theres a big parking lot across the street and plenty of street parking around the corner. I would recommend eating right away as the food can get soggy.

Mariscos el Colima has been my go to Mariscos spot for a couple months now! Their aguachile verde with mango is really good and everything is made fresh. The service is also always great Yelp also shows the wrong address they're usually on Olympic after Soto (going eastbound)

So many food truck options on this street, but I'm glad we chose this one. Didn't take pictures since I was too busy eating. We tried the mango aguachile negro, shrimp ceviche, fish ceviche, tacos gobernador, and the shrimp tacos dorados. They make their own bottled hot sauce too! Everything was so good!

Wow! Wow! Flavor, customer service, generous portions and probably one of the best Aguachiles I've had. Everything is made with love as you can tell by this video. We ordered green Aguachiles & El Colima Volcano. 10/10! If you're waiting in line for 4 Vientos, stop wasting your time & walk over to El Colima. You won't be disappointed!
