This has to be the best ceviche I've ever had. They serve it on a food truck and they have some seats by the truck to enjoy your food. Now you're thinking theres no way the food is fresh if its served on a truck. Well the quality and textures here are 5 stars. My friends and I ordered the Tacos de Camaron, Poseidon and Mixta. The shrimp tacos gobernador where exquisite, cooked to perfection with the perfect side sauce. Guys are new to the game but they cooking it right. Maybe not the best place to dine in but there’s always to go plates.
