This is not what I expected. There isn't a sit-down area to eat and yes, the full-size professional kitchen is adjacent to a gas station. However, based on the reviews and the fact that the cook working the late shift barely spoke english is a sign that the food is authentic. Be patient and respectful. Food is an easy 5/5 - but the service is somehow even better. After a long 2 days of cross country moving I mistyped my new address when trying to get dinner delivered. Not only did the folks at Marsa call me to get it figured out, but they were at my door a minute later dropping off the still hot food with a smile. My work ordered this for us. The soup I ordered was pretty damn spicy. The salad was quite small and I didn't like how they threw all the dressing on there but there was a decent portion of chicken and it was flavorful.
