I like stopping at this location in the mornings on my way to work. The drive thru is a little busy. But, not many people inside. I am in and out in no time. I always get my order to go fast. Also, there are no homeless people hanging out inside.
When am I going to learn my lesson. I definitely need to check my order before leaving. I guess I'm just always surprised especially because my orders are pretty simple. I ordered a medium, received a small. Check your orders guys... they know it's a hassle to call or come back so they kind of don't care.

I used to like this place so I'm a little torn on this but they do get overwhelmed easily during rush times. I just can't, under any circumstance, justify waiting 25 mins for a simple coffee order to be prepeared.
