i go to college and this food truck was posted just outside my dorm. decided to try it since i’m a big fan of Mexican food and it did not disappoint. Ordered a taco estilo "Perro" on a handmade thick tortilla. The taco has steak (resembling birria) , grilled cheese, red salsa, radishes, Chipotle sauce, onion, and beans de olla. The taco weighs about a pound so a small tortilla won't do, and comes in its owe box. Needed 2 just to fill me up, because it's Gordito Approved! Pull up, and grab yours to go!
Yes, $8 for a taco seems like a lot but they are not your typical taco. It is 1 pound of food in a taco vessel! They're a pretty big sized flour tortilla for a single taco. They also have a Keto taco which is essentially the same as the Perro taco minus the flour tortilla and the veggie taco which doesn't have any meat.
