While visiting LA, we ventured to Ctown for exploration. I had moved to HI 30yrs ago and was amazed that this bakery is still going on strong. I still remember the wonderful strawberry cakes that they sell. My brother picked up two slices for his roommates. I'm so glad this iconic bakery still exists and anyone receiving a pink box will be thrilled to receive one from here.

Ordered the 12" Square famous Strawberry Whipped Crème cake for our monthly office birthday celebrations-- and it was a total hit for 40 sweet tooth employees (serves up to 50 I think). Very fresh and sweet fruits and the whipped crème was light and delicious. Cake also moist and just a touch of sweet.
