“The food, shrimp ? taclkle box was yummy goodness. Freshly cooked and just right crispiness and not overdone. It couldn't even wait the 10 minutes to get home to finish eating it after I tried one. The biscuit is still one of best out there. The service was accommodating and fast...4 stars was for no smile and I felt they were rushing, like running a race.“

“I went thru the drive thru around 4pm on Friday. The male employee was fabulous. It was my first time visiting a Popeyes so that first impression was appreciated.I ordered food for 3 people. We got sandwiches, fries, biscuits, and drinks. My sandwich was very good. Lots of white chicken. I liked the fries, just the right color and not salty. We will be back.“
“Food was hot and ready pretty quickly, was able to put in an order for the Cajun turkey which Andres walked us through the process which made it a breeze. I would prefer an online option, but at least the pen paper process was okay. While waiting for my food he was able to work through a challenging guess and stuck to standard procedure when a guest misunderstood the situation.“
“The food overall is good. The service needs improvement, and the atmosphere, well not to sure how much improvement can be done. Outside puts a damper on the entire establishment. Just because of the location doesn't mean it has to look run down. A food power washing outside and a little tlc would do a world of good. And if ordering in the drive thru, have patience. A new speaker upgrade would help here.“

“Okay I just love popeyes honestly. It reminds me of when I was younger and would get it with my family. The food is pretty good I mean it's fast food so you can't really expect 5 star food haha. But the spicy chicken sandwich is probably my favorite. The service is usually pretty good the staff is usually friendly. I wouldn't want to sit in but again you don't really sit in a popeyes for ambiance.“
“The only reason I give Popeyes 4 stars instead of five was because the dining area is so small and cramped and there is not a readily available bathroom even for patrons that are customers of the establishment. Their customer service and food both get five stars because they know exactly what they're doing and you can feel that when you walk to though the door.... And being the fact that this establishment is on Hollywood boulevard...and yet the staff here STILL STAY POSITIVE AFTER DEALING WITH TRISS ALL DAY REALLY SAYS SOMETHING....KUDOS POPEYES!!! I will definitely visit this Popeyes again because realistically what can anyone really do about the seating area or mystery bathroom? (DOES IT EXIST????) “I always take my granddaughter here for a snack after church. She always orders the classic chicken sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy. I am a fan of thier new wings if they are not over cooked. They need a canopy of some kind over the drive through order window. When it rains you get soaked trying to place your order.“
