Paid $111 for their NYE event and got there at 11 PM and was told by staff member they’re out of wrist bands but he’d be back. He never came back and I waited in line for about 40 minutes with no progress. Then staff told everybody (about 50+ people) in line that the event was oversold and nobody else would allowed in at that time since they were at capacity. Maybe on a regular night this place would be a vibe, but New Years 2024 was an absolute disaster. For clarity, I went to the lounge, not the club. Everyone paid $100 for an open bar exclusive experience where on Eventbrite everyone is promised an elegant night and a glass of champagne at the end of the night. New Years was an absolutely wreck! When we first entered, the lone bartender RAN OUT OF CUPS to serve drinks. I had to flag down two people before anyone went to help him. Additionally, my friends who each paid $100 weren't able to get in even though they had tickets and got in line at 11pm. The whole point of paying for a ticket is to guarantee entrance and drinks. Such a disappointment. Management, do better.
