New Years was an absolutely wreck! When we first entered, the lone bartender RAN OUT OF CUPS to serve drinks. I had to flag down two people before anyone went to help him. Additionally, my friends who each paid $100 weren't able to get in even though they had tickets and got in line at 11pm. The whole point of paying for a ticket is to guarantee entrance and drinks. Such a disappointment. Management, do better.

Paid $111 for their NYE event and got there at 11 PM and was told by staff member they’re out of wrist bands but he’d be back. He never came back and I waited in line for about 40 minutes with no progress. Then staff told everybody (about 50+ people) in line that the event was oversold and nobody else would allowed in at that time since they were at capacity. Everybody was mad and demanding refund info and security refused to answer any questions and nobody from management came out. So right before midnight everybody had to leave. Not sure how it is inside atmosphere wise but bar next door was cool. ??‍♀️ I eventually got a refund through Bucketlisters who sold the tickets but it was a pain and took a few days.

Maybe on a regular night this place would be a vibe, but New Years 2024 was an absolute disaster. For clarity, I went to the lounge, not the club. Everyone paid $100 for an open bar exclusive experience where on Eventbrite everyone is promised an elegant night and a glass of champagne at the end of the night. When we first got in, there was only one bartender and he RAN OUT OF GLASSES to pour drinks. How does that happen on NEW YEARS?! I had to flag down two people before anyone went to help. And at that, I was only able to get two drinks the entire night. Then, two other friends who bought tickets and got in line at 11pm couldn't even get into the venue before midnight because they 'hit capacity'. The entire point of buying a ticket is to guarantee entrance and drinks. It was such a disaster. The bouncers are clearly scared of management because they don't treat anyone like a real human and wouldn't take action to resolve anything. Management, it was bad. Please do better. Don't oversell your venue and fix your customer service.

breh..... I have this habit of standing outside clubs before entering just to study the vibe. SHIEEEEEEE my man I ran for the hills on minute 0:48. Been a minute since I see a high concentration of college oddballs, high pitched tiffanys, wannabe hip hop artists, drug dealers, and tv producers with 18 year olds...in one single place.

I've been here and it was a vibe. They let me and my friend in. When we got in, guys were social and the ambiance was nice the only thing was the bathrooms were tiny and packed! Other than that the service was good and we chilled in the area where no one was! We even got to chill at someone's table and at the bar. Interesting night. This happened last year I believe! Haven't been back since. But a good club to go to.

Cover 60$ for guys but 0$ for girls. Drinks are strong but boring. Bottle girls seem unhappy but I get it girl. The DJ wasn’t immaculate nor was the crowd. Security was nice :)

If your idea of a good time is bumping shoulders with mostly male sweaty college kids who or may not be actually of legal drinking age (and if you're a "celebrity" frequenting this place, I have to wonder if you were a fan of a certain infamous island), then Napoleon complex emo boyfest Poppy is right up your alley.Raise a glass of terrible tasting cocktails to depressed nihilism, face-tatted skinny dj types, puffed up testosterone-laden chest thumpin, frazzled blondes-for-hire, shady staff and awful music that could raise the dead (and maybe meth users would actually enjoy). Come one, come all, to the nightclub version of cheap cologne wrapped up in expensive-seeming branding.

Trash place. The bouncer was letting minors in and when I showed him my real ID he refused to let me in. Save your time especially if you’re a guy the bouncers try to get you to bribe them $100 even when you’re of age. Was looking for a place to book a table for my birthday safe to say it will NOT be

If you're not white you are not getting in. If you're fat you are also not getting in. Do with that info as you will.

This club is off the chain. The best I've ever been to in Los Angeles. It's expensive for a table though!!

I came with my girlfriend to this club for halloween, or... I tried to come. The line was a mess, because you couldn't find where the line started or ended. And, although we already had tickets that we bought online, we couldn't enter. It looks that all the security people were hired a day before the event, nobody knew what was happening. One security guy tried to help me by showing me who I should talk to, and just by doing that he asked me a tip............ The friends of the bouncer were cutting the line and getting in the club while everyone else was waiting in the line. After 50 minutes in that "line" that was not moving, we decided to leave and we went to another bar close by, which I'm sure we had a much better experience. Anything is better than this place. Do you remember that trash college bar that you used to go? It is 100x better than this. Stay away of this place if you value your time and money. Only come to this place if you like to suffer.

Anyone checking IDs at this place? Felt like the local schoolbus dropped off a gaggle of yowling underfed prom kids. I remember when Poppy used to draw a nice crowd. Sad to see it become no better than a DTLA warehouse rented for a sweaty rave & has-been Z-list "celebrity" guest appearances. Do better honestly or shut it down.

Horrendous assortment of gen z goons, gooners and groomers poppin bottles on Poppy's dime cuz they "promoted" (lazily brought in a buncha sleepy-eyed chicks that dont move from their table clearly just there for free drinks and bogus eyecandy). Place seems emptier and emptier everytime I go. Whoever markets this place has got to go. You need a better crowd up in this place e ngl. Get rid of the scum kids screaming and lookin awkward af, get some better peeps in here fr.
